"This hotel likely had not been stayed at in at least a year. The owner was also not aware we were coming after we had made the Expedia booking. He was very kind and made it work, but this hotel, as well as the entire neighborhood around it, is completely run down and looks as if the town was shut down a decade ago. "1. check -in service: hard to find where is the reception desk......find out we spent 30mins 2. when ck-in they asking 280000 vnd/ each person and swimming pool entrance 100,000 vnd/ each person and really i do not understand you gonna charge for cart ( ex; front resort gate to my room at least 15 -20mins waking????) 3. nobody respond for asking service even hotel operator they do not care hang up the phone easily 4. only good restaurant facility and service 5. even free night no more...
