They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."

"No cold or hot water at all, a lot of mesquites in side the room, window has gab not secured, if requests anything they will say ok but never show up. Finally they bring me water by buckets and they have two dogs at compound at night time crying for the whole night. I was there for 8 day3 I am really disappointed "

"This property is located close to the airport but far away from any tourist destinations. Very expensive to get from the property to Kigali city. Many moto taxi don't know how to get there.. "

"The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. "

"Loved my stay — the staff was SO HELPFUL cannot recommend enough. Location was fun and super easy to get around on motos. They have reliable internet and many power ports. decent enough breakfast and good chai tea. Only slight annoyance is a decent amount of mosquitoes were able to get into the room through the cracks in between the windows. "
