"The hotel and the staff were really great. The staff were all very friendly. It was super clean and felt like they remodeled within the last 5-10 years at least. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but they allowed us to go to the bar and get some drinks on them which was nice and we were happy with that. The breakfast had a decent selection, I do wish there were some more vegetable choices but that was just me…they at least had tomatoes and some salad but that was it. There were plenty...

"This hotel grew on me. The room wasn’t warm and inviting, but I liked the high ceilings. There were lovely parts of the hotel we did not have time to explore. It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice. "Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."

"The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Shuttle services were provided to the city center and it runs every one hour. Breakfast was delicious. Easy check in and checkout process.we had our best stay "

"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "

"Friendly and proactive staff, very helpful. A good and comfortable hotel, situated one street away from Piazza Garibaldi so very conveniently located for trains, coaches and airport bus, although the streets outside are a little sketchy. Room could have done with a little more storage space for clothes. Breakfast buffet was very good."
