"Check in was great. This is my first time at a DoubleTree and the cookie was a nice touch. The first room we were assigned was dusty and the outlets didn’t work. We requested a new room and the front desk person was extremely apologetic. He gave us two days worth of breakfast for free at the restaurant ($18x 5 people x 2 days).
