Upon arrival 2nd door to open up lobby and front was locked and had to call over 3-5 time's for him to buzz me in!! Spike talking to me over the phone twice before arrival he still made me wait two and a half hours to check in early and also overcharged me for early check-in and security deposit or roughly giving me a room that did...

"Hotel is very clean but older. Door handle was broken works but not great. Hit water took almost a full five min to become existent to take a shower. Breakfast is a waste as a million construction workers demolished the toast and cereal and they did not restock. Overall it’s fine and had to meet gsa price for work. "

"I would love they have a better breakfast options even though if you have to pay! I was on a snow day and I would love not to go to other place to eat. I also was co fused about the room numbers and systems! You need an air traffic controller certification to find a room"
