"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"We have been to a lot of hotels during our travels in Europe and this is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quirky, clean, great location, good service, delicious free breakfast, they give you towels and bathrobes to use in the mineral bath (only a 5 minute walk), friendly staff and provided discounts for the gondola and mineral bath. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"

"Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"So far this 8s the best prop3we stayed at during our Europe road trip. The place is just amazing, super clean and very well maintained. Great amenities and the shower is amazing. The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. "(1) Although the reception was hardly ever maned, I only needed to press the call button and speak to the owner who was willing and able to help me with internet access and let me into the boot room when I forgot my room key. (2) The shower was piping hot with lots of hot water, nice after a hard day’s skiing however be careful, particularly with small children that you don’t get scalded. "
