The owner is hands on and sponsors a variety of public events like blass band and other performers outside the hotel square. 2nd floor has a massive balcony patio, library, reading room, etc. There’s also the ability to rent an ev car or bike right from hotel. All guests I talked to enjoyed their stay and other locals in town have called it a hot spot for hanging out. One thing that is NOT unique to Austria at all is lack of AC. That is just how just about every hotel is going to be so it requires some planning on opening windows and such. I had a single room and it was great for a solo traveler including a comfortable chair and desk to work at. Plenty of room. Great bed. "
