"Good value hotel 1 minute drive from motorway /autostrada short drive to shops in Allesandria. Receptionist very helpful and printed off our Ryanair boarding passes.Even though he was very busy 96 rooms booked on the night. I believe its popular with wedding groups twice a week with nice location for wedding cermonys nearby."

"Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. "Conveniently situated not far from the autoroute. Parking on site in quiet surroundings. As there was no restaurant on site for dinner, the staff arranged a take away pizza to be brought in. The reception staff member was extremely attentive and friendly. The room was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The terrace was a bonus. "

"Very very near to servalle outlet. Beautiful place to stay. Wake up and seeing nice villa with green grassland next to a golf course. Room and toilet are big, cozy and clean. Staff are very helpful. Easy self parking at the Carpark next to villa. The only thing I need to say is the cappuccino at their restaurant in the evening which I believe they made it wrong and should have it returned. Anyway their tasting menu is good and worth to try. "

"It was the most terrible experience during our trip around Europe. This “villa” is not only dilapidated, creepy and damp, but also very dirty! Grey towels, garbage bin was full, no amenities at all, no basics as shampoo or soap. And cherry on top - insects in the room and a huge spider on the wall, that made us afraid to sleep at night. The “breakfast” consists of a few buns and some yogurt, there were no healthy alternatives. Don’t choose this hotel!!!! "

"Most amazing meals! Great value! The hair dryer and electric outlets were not great but we managed. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean considering it's age. The wine list is out of this world. Top notch Chef Carlo wears tons of hats with total elegance. He is a fantastic sommelier, host, chef, bell hop, concierge etc etc. Such fabulous personal service. It was a real treat!"

"This place is paradise! We stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon and didn’t want to leave. Just beautiful. The hotel has pedal assist (electric) bikes available to hire - highly recommended a couple of hours enjoying the stunning scenery on these. Or simply grab yourself a bottle of Gavi and enjoy the spectacular gardens and views. Restaurant very good too. "
