"The buffet was awful. Very limited options, food did not look fresh. Some of the trays were empty yet it was still early. There was only one staff member for the entire buffet. While the bar area was great, there was one security guard who was absolutely rude and unprofessional. We were not approached to be given any warning of our group being loud, which we were not. But she stood across from us in the stairway of the bar, pointed and yelled at us telling us we had 1 more outburst before...

"It was the second time staying at this location & the same reason why I stayed the first time. Good service, rooms and cleanliness were on point. Plus a complimentary breakfast from the Double Tree by Hilton Cherry Creek manager herself to finish my stay there puts the icing on the cake for my visit ! "The hotels public area's were in lovely condition. The rooms, however, could use a little of the same love. When we checked in, the first room we were given, an ADA room, was dirty, as in recently used and not cleaned. The second room, also an ADA room was okay. Except, the TV didn't work and when I picked up the phone to call the front desk, it didn't work either. We were tired and it was late so we went to sleep.
