"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. Everything was great, reception , service, restaurant, gym, spa ….. we loved it so much we did not leave to do any site seeing as we were so relaxed and pampered wherever we went. Very professional front desk , and spa receptionists are so accommodating. We ordered a package to be delivered there two weeks before our arrival date to the hotel and they took it and kept for us, they even placed the package in our room before arriving there. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches.
