"Room was spacious and I liked the free water, mint tea and cookies. Walkable (for me) to Casa Port, Hassan II Mosque, and Rick’s Cafe. However there was a planned power outage the morning of checkout that they claimed to inform about but I never saw the sign. Luckily I was only on the 2nd floor but staff were not helpful or sympathetic. "

"The property seemed like with a little TLC it could do better , check in process was nice , the rooms super spacious , it’s just little things ( cracked wall behind the bathroom door , shower floor was stained , showerhead holder nearly coming off the walll , bed moves away from the wall like it’s not attached to anything , really simple things that tells a lot about quality control in the hotel , really a shame seemed like an over zealous manager trying to cut corners the place has so much...

"This property had a kitchen which we used for most meals. Convenient Marjane grocery store was two blocks away. We could easily walk to the art gallery and do our own walking tour of historic art deco and art nouveau buildings next to the palais de justice. You could walk to the waterfront and or easily grab a taxi to the grand mosque "

"Excellent value for the price. The hotel is easy walking distance to the central train station and there are many big chain hotels nearby, for example Hyatt and Novotel and Sofitel. There are also many restaurants around. The train to the airport costs $8 in first class and leaves ten minutes to every hour. There is a police station about 200 meters away and I got the impression the surrounding area is very safe. "

"The Hotel and rooms looked great, were clean and generally very spacious. The kitchen staff, the porter and especially the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the tram station and an endless amount of varied shops and restaurants. "
