"Checkin was fast & efficient. The owners gave us a double and a single instead of a family suite which suited us just fine. Rooms were clean with enough toiletries & towels. Double entrance onto the pedestrian precinct & back alley to load/unload. Parking was right outside the hotel for the whole 3-day stay - very convenient. Housekeeping was polite and thorough. "Beautiful hotel. Our room was magnificent, with a separate seating area, which included a jacuzzi bath. A balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, and overlooked by mountains. If you're a skier it's a 2-min walk to the ski lifts. The service was brilliant, the staff friendly and really helpful to us as non-Italian speakers. Really couldn't fault the hotel at all."
