"Nice comfortable place with good food. Wi-Fi now good. This is my third time to the hotel and the first the Wi-Fi only worked slowly in the reception area, so I was happy with this visit. As in the past I was given a spacious room with a big balcony looking at the tower of the church opposite. Nice bathroom. Nice desk in room. Good closet space. The large balcony would be a nice place to view the hills and enjoy the sky. All the staff were very nice. Great staff and most speak decent English....

"Very friendly and helpfull staff that speak all necessary languages for a hotel. Half pension really recommended because of the good dinners. Pool area is also good for Italian standards. Apartment however is terribly outdated. Everything seems at least 20-25 years old if not older. Beds are thin and not comfortable. Bathroom is from the 1970s. Kitchen is hidden by a cupboard. Furniture is not of this age. Ant problem. No air-conditioning (not that is was necessary, but good to know). On the...

If you arrive at 1pm, you are screwed because they are on break until 3pm. You have to sit in the heat and wait. -if you book through Expedia, apparently you aren't guaranteed an apartment with AC. "We had a wonderful stay at the hotel dei fiori. The location was perfect and the walk to so many shops and restaurants was great. We enjoyed Alassio so much we are already planning our return. "

They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach. "

The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem. "
