"The location is magnificent, this is such a stunning part of devon, and you walk out the door basically onto the beach! The room was beautiful, with colour and texture and charm. the only slight against it was the only parking is the public carpark nextdoor so about £10 per day, but thats not much of a gripe in the scheme of things and they were super dog friendly. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. "

And now we both have, it is an iconic location with an amazing history and it has hosted some of the most famous people of the 20th century which include Winston Churchill to the Fab Four "The Beatles". It was everything we expected and for more."

"We had a lovely overnight stay at this inn. The room was great , very clean , quality fixtures and fittings. Bed very comfortable, quality bed linens. Spacious ensuite , plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower. Showe gel , shampoo and towels all provided. We had a lovely meal in the evening , 3 course special menu was great value. Great breakfast provided in the morning. Team at the inn were friendly and welcoming. Full of character "
