"Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints. "

"Hotel Rheinischer Hof was great! Everyone who works there was super nice and helpful! My room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast is included and was delicious. I would stay here again without any hesitation. "

"The hotel is on the edge of Old Town and easily walkable to everything in the district. Parking is across the street and down the block, so a bit inconvenient. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We asked many questions about the area, and they offered a great deal of assistance. The room did seem a bit small or had too much furniture in it for the size. It was very clean and comfortable though. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty."

A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"Very cute hotel in the center of town. Room is clean and in good size. It closes to the bus stations and the hotel will provide free bus tickets to the castles. There is a supermarket cross the hotel, which is very convenient. There are no coffee machine or kettle, no bottle water, no mini bar inside of the room. A small cup of coffee was 4.8 euro in its restaurant, if you are a breakfast person, best to eat the breakfast buffet, heard it’s good. "
