"Staff friendly but should have a dedicated bellhop. Additionally if you’re going to advertise as a spa resort not only should you have robes but you should have slippers, especially in the suites. Lastly something small like a bowl of fruit or trail mix should be the room. Though there are some luxury elements it’s really a three star hotel with a spa across the street. "

"This property was advertised on a hotel booking site, with hotel pricing and hotel taxes and fees, so was expecting maybe a bottle of water or a coffee pod to give it the hotel feel. I was required to take out the trash prior to departure - shouldn’t be my job as the guest."
