"We had a nice stay at this hotel; friendly staff, nice food, good sized bedroom and lovely views. We had a standard turret bedroom and whilst it was spacious, the en suite was really small and felt like a shower had been squeezed into a room that used to be a toilet room. There was no space to swing an earwig let alone a cat! The toilet had a cigarette burn on it and the lid on the plastic cistern didn’t fit on the tank. "A beautiful, quiet guesthouse, very nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable. Received a very warm welcome and a breakfast menu for the following morning, on arrival. Made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was 5* and was enjoyed in a quiet and comfortable dining room with mountain views, an excellent start to the day. Will be sure to visit again and will be recommending to others in future. Thank you very much."

"Had a lovely 1 night stay at this hotel with my daughter when visiting friends. Hotel was very clean, perfectly situated for exploring the area, staff were so welcoming and friendly (we especially loved Ruby the dog at breakfast) We would like to return in summer for a longer stay."

"The hotel was lovely; the rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing. The common rooms were very nice and welcoming. The staff was professional, gracious and friendly. We spent a lovely cocktail hour in the lounge and enjoyed delicious custom cocktails. Dinner and breakfast were first rate! Local foods, creatively prepared. We went for an afternoon hike along the canal, which was easy to access from the property. Highly recommend this property."

"Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. "

"Great stay , arrived wet through on dirt bikes , couldn’t have wished for a warmer welcome, kit was dryer off and left in the utility room and a welcome cup of tea and coffee was provided, Lovely hosts , clean room and cracking breakfast , just what was needed in the typical wet wales weather Would love to come back one day with my family, "

"Great location just metres from the village centre with the added bonus of parking at rear. Excellent host - very informative about local attractions and amenities and even booked a table for us at a local pub for our evening meal."
