"On arrival reception explained that they had problems with their emails etc and when they received my realised they had no ground rooms available. They allowed us to use a bungalow they rent out im another village.It was fantastic, hot tub swimming pool etc. The hotel itself were brilliant and very helpful "

"Swift and easy check-in. The family room had two bedrooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a rubber bath mat but found out later we could have asked for one. Similarly de-caff tea and coffee I guess. We had our 4-year-old granddaughter with us but there were no issues with noise from the bar below. Limited menu but food was very good. Steaks were lovely. Nice pint too. Great breakfast. "Cosy room oozing with character.. The staff upon check-in (and check-out of course) were great.. helped us to our room, showed us everything we needed to know.. the room was spotless, luckily for me as I forgot mine, toiletries were provided, including shower gel and shampoo.. I was performing at a local event and was back late but that was absolutely fine and nice and easy upon getting back to my room. Will definitely stay again."
