"I was running extremely late to check-in from my Route 66 trip from St. Louis, but with great communication from the staff, I was able to check in past 1am. The following morning, the manager William provided over the top friendly & convenient service & help before I checked out. This was my 2nd time staying at Tulsa Club Hotel, & would definitely stay here again if i'm ever back in Tulsa."

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"
