"The hotel complex was well maintained with clean and clear pathways. The buildings and rooms were modern though showed some signs of wear and tear, but all facilities worked to the level expected. Our room was lovely, actually a suite, with a personal pool which was wonderful. Food options were plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all polite and helpful and friendly."

Leider wurde das Zimmer nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, es war extrem staubig und die Dusche sowie die Spiegel und der Balkon wurden gar nicht gesäubert. "Good location on beach, coffee, tea & kettle in room but amazingly no creamer? When asked, receptionist said they don't provide creamer...so why bother with tea & coffe then? Buffet plentiful, food okay for mass tourism. We were all inclusive but ate all but 2 of our meals elsewhere. Pool & beach always busy, lots of kids. "Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner....

"This hotel has the makings of a great place to holiday. It is close to the resort, just a five minute walk on the flat. The rooms are adequate, may be not 4* and quite dark, certainly not as they appear on the website. Breakfast is ok but is the same every day and after a week is a bit repetitive. "we spent 10 nights our welcome at 3am in the morning was warm , friendly and helpful and check in was quick. the rooms are immaculate and roomy .this is a lovely hotel but could be fabulous with just a few tweeks . could do with music round the pool and perhaps more going on in the hotel on a night time . the staff are lovely and very helpful. food was on the whole lovely and plenty of choices . hotel is in a beautiful location ."
