It was a perfect place to spend our evenings after a day on the mountain. Kitchen is large, beds comfortable. "W dry one at front desk was warm, welcoming and gracious. All had knowledge of the area and were delighted to assist if needed with pointers to make our stay exceptional. "Experience was not great. The toilet broke every day for the first 3 days with the manager telling us we do not know how to flush the toilet correctly. Finally the right technician came in and fixed it with 1 day left on our stay. Room was 90 degrees with them telling us to turn down the t stat (which was turned off). Manager does not even have her vmail set up if that is any indication of how they run the hotel. "

"Super convenient location to Ajax Gondola and Aspen restaurants & shops. We were in the basement unit and the footsteps above us were pretty loud on the ceiling. It was only a problem while we were sleeping. All beds & even the sofa bed mattress were comfortable. "
