"I’ve been staying here for years, however the apartments are started to date and some are damaged from previous guests who haven’t cared for the property. Reception tried to put me in an Accessible room yet again claiming it was an upgrade. I had a long stay, so that isn’t fair if someone needs an accessible room. The bed in the executive room is only a double, not a queen as claimed. The mattress is firm and uncomfortable. The building itself has great facilities - city views, rooftop...

Was advise that it was all well and fine. Only to be a matter of he said she said. So pretty heart breaking as I’m a young and vulnerable woman who has escaped domestic violence and financial abuse to only have been put in the same situation??"
