"All facilities were closed at the hotel and areas around the hotel were full of broken bricks. The fountain was not working and completely in disarray. Breakfast was really poor. No tea/coffee facility and we had to ask for food to be brought out. This is definitely not a four star hotel. On top of that, when we came back in the evening, there was no one to be found at reception for around an hour!!!!! "If you travel from US under any circumstance do not accept room 108!!! Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow. After numerous complaints our room was changed after 24 hours of suffering (96 degrees F). Immediately after we moved, the room was assigned to a different guest from the US.
