"It’s not often that I’m left lost for words; however I genuinely struggled for the first hour or so of being at the property due to being totally overwhelmed by how lovely it is! From the furniture and fittings, to the pool, to the little extras such as the welcome food and wine package and complimentary toiletries, the owners have thought about every detail and the property is stunning. Set in a very quiet location, the main noise you’ll hear is that of the crickets in the trees and grasses...

"Ottima struttura ben collocata, immersa nel verde con piante e fiori bellissimi. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza reale della casa, completamente attrezzata e ricca di ogni comfort. Proprietari simpatici e alla mano e disponibili ad accontentare qualsiasi richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente, per chi vuole staccare dalla monotonia e dal caos della vita quotidiana. "From the get go, Alessandro & Ida were great with communication. Our flight was considerably late but Alessandro waited for our arrival and gave us a mini tour despite the time was past midnight. We were shown around the wonderful grounds, pool and whole house. We were also greeted with pasta and passata plus breakfast bits and cold drinks in the fridge. "Zeer gastvrije ontvangst, ondanks corona. Zeer ruim, beetje stoffig maar niet vies, huis. Groot zwembad, niet geschikt voor kleintjes. Heerlijk rustig. Goede communicatie via app. Als er een probleem was werd dat onmiddellijk en goed opgelost. Iedere dag een vers eitje en gratis wekker van een vrolijke haan. Alles was aanwezig in huis qua servies ,keukenspullen, waslijnen . Ook erg prettig waren de verschillende zitjes buiten ."

"My family had the pleasure of staying in this marvelous historic villa for a week. We were warmly greeted by our wonderful hosts, Danila and Filippo. They showed us around and explained how everything worked. The house itself is grand, the photos do not capture how big it is and you can feel the history while still having the comforts of modern living. "The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "
