"This was a last minute booking (made as we were waiting to board our flight to Vienna) as our previous booking cancelled that day. Check in would have closed, by the time we arrived at the hotel. A staff member got in contact quickly to advise of this fact. A late check in facility was advised / instructions issued, so that everything could go smoothly on arrival. This fast response and great customer service resulted in an enjoyable stay, rather than a very stressful one. I cannot thank them...
