"Good pool area, good beach (plenty beach chairs for everyone),gym is small but super nice (modern design and new machines - also an area to workout outside), meals in all-inclusive were nice (good variety), best part was the mini buffet by the pool (available 12-6pm) for people like me who just want to eat something for lunch without having to get changed in order to enter the main buffet/restaurant and keep my bikini on whilst eating by the pool. Customer service was ok, not the nicest staff...

"Can’t say enough about this hotel. Lovely stay the staff were amazing the two ladies on reception went above and beyond. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. Pool was fab and never an issue to get a sun lounger. Alison and Tony at pool bar again so lovely and helpful food and drink top notch. The bar in hotel gentleman was so helpful with tips and amazing cocktails. Breakfast buffet had loads of options from breads to cereals , salads , hot options. "We initially booked the hotel based on the amazing reviews online and we want to fully endorse everything that has been said about this fantastic hotel. This is a very special place to stay and well worth making the ferry trip to Kalymnos - the staff go the extra mile with everything and clearly really enjoy their job. The junior suite was gorgeous and had so much space! Really modern and clear attention to detail. The breakfast was perfect each morning, likewise with eating in the restaurant....

"Bedrooms were old and not like the pictures. No lift access to top floor bedrooms. No gym on site. Salt water pools absolutely killed your eyes and not good for sore eczema. "

"Whole day in Kos was rubbish from getting a taxi to the hotel taking over 1 hour just to wave one down and the hotel wanting to charge us $65 euro for a 2km lift. The hotel didn’t have a bellboy I had to carry my luggage and my pregnant wife luggage up 2 sets of stairs. The aircon in the room barely works we were both sweating all night and could not sleep due to heat will never come back here again."
