"I had the most wonderful stay at Eden Rock Resort in Florence! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. The serene atmosphere made it feel like a true escape from the bustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Sylvia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm hospitality and helpful recommendations really made our experience unforgettable, especially as we were travelling with a 1yr old. The combination of tranquil surroundings and exceptional service made this one of the most enjoyable stays I've had in Italy!"

"This resort was the definition of peaceful. We went during late March as part of our honeymoon trip and it was beautiful! The staff are all wonderful and sweet. The food was great and the view paired with it made it worth the stay. They are very affordable for what felt like staying in a castle! The resort offered many things to do in all seasons so we would like to go back in the future to see what summer is like there! "

"Very good hotel. I really praise the staff, specially those working in the breakfast. They are really kind and accommodating to our needs, projecting an awesome image of both the Italians and the hotel. Many things to highlight here, for instance: Daily water provision, big room (rare in Europe) delicious breakfast, good location, close to te city center with restaurants and supermarkets around. Bar open 24/7 wirh affordable prices. My only complaint: The gym is poorly equipped but the worst is the schedule, starting at 08:00 (too late to do something). Even worse, you have to go to the lobby and ask for the key. Once I went there to get the key at 07:40 and there was no human power to convince the clerk to give me it 20 minutes ahead…ridiculously stubborn from my point of view. Other than that, great place to stay. I”ll be back for sure!"
