"We stayed here for 4 days with my family booking two rooms while the property is amazing and staff is courteous , on first day of our check in we found the one lady who seemed like manager to be quite ride. Our credit card payment was not going through for one room though we already paid for other room and the way she talked to us seemed quite rude specially. "The staff in this hotel are what makes it 5 star. Polite, respectful and so helpful. Huge room, spotlessly clean. Big bathroom and huge shower Had breakfast once, great value but far too much. My wife was unwell for most of the 12 days but they looked after us so well. Was stuck in bed for 4 days and in room 6 days. Lots of hot water. Towels and bedding could be better but no big deal. "They close all the air condition and they say its all one system and they can’t open it for different room, small room with a tiny window nobody can breath from it, its very bad i had to cancel the other two night and move to a better 5 star hotel, also they is no parking, the staff is bad nobody speak english, we order ice and they deliver it after 45 minutes, the bed was broken, nobody helped us with the bags, no laundry open i called before 6 PM and then they told me the laundry closed,...
