"The staff was attentive and helpful to our needs and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The game tours are amazing and I enjoyed seeing some of the big 5! I do recommended doing an afternoon tour as well as an all day tour. The food options were ok enjoyed breakfast more than dinner. The resort is wonderful and I was able to see a Hurd of elephants by the pool before sunset. I would recommend this place to others and stay here again if I am in Kruger! "

"Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. "The hotel is located in an excellent position for visiting neighbouring towns and sites of interests. It is also very close to Phabeni entry gate to Kruger National Park. The room was very comfortable and if we had time we would have enjoyed relaxing in the garden and beside the pool. "

"The lodge was beautiful and peaceful. I liked the consideration given to all the little things, like the usb & 2 pin charges, the emergency lights etc. The only thing it is a bit far out, but if looking for quite & peace, it the place to be. "

"Brilliant stay. Margrit was more than helpful and welcoming. She upgraded our room to Honeymoon suite. The room was beautiful, well furnished and the jacuzzi was a bonus. The service was very good from both Margrit and the ladies working with her. "

"Our stay at Elephant Plains Game Lodge was unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the seamless rooming experience, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The highlight of our trip was the remarkable safari adventures (game drives), where we had the chance to see elephants, giraffes, lions, rhinos, leopards, and more up close—a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. The delicious meals, tailored to accommodate vegetarian preferences, were excellent. The staff also went above and beyond, assisting with retrieving our luggage from Johannesburg and providing thoughtful support with laundry and toiletries. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay exceptional. We are truly grateful for this amazing experience and will gladly recommend Elephant Plains to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!"
