"The stay was nice , the staff was very helpful and answered any and all questions. The staff was professional. The place is located downtown which is good and it's right next to the mall and by the highway. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice was good. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable just needed better pillows and the ceiling would benefit from paint. It was a wonderful getaway and I recommend and would stay again."

"For a quality inn the attached restaurant is terrible. I've been on the road for 57 years and this restaurant is 2nd only to the pre 1992 Russian food. Served cool, sent back, horrible, salad must have been from New Year's Eve, but, this was Jan7th. I should have been leery when we were the only ones in there. Totally disappointed even though it's not yours it reflects upon you"

"Requested a walk-in shower and was told it would be on upon arrival. It was not. The room was extraordinarily cold in the heat did not work. Was wearing a coat the entire stay did report this to the staff. At time of visit, they were not upgraded rooms available because of carpet cleaning on three floors simultaneously"

"This property was clean and new, and located in a nice neighborhood. There was nobody available to check us in or out, and no way to communicate with anyone on-site throughout our entire stay. The property is listed as having free Wi-Fi, but there were no instructions given anywhere so that appears untrue. "
