They have daily room service at no extra cost. The rooms or flats are spacious with multiple room and bath options to choose from. "I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel. "
