"This was our second visit to Kettering Hotel and Spa and we will visit again in 2025. Staff are always helpful and friendly. We’d booked a twin room as that was all that was available but at check in we asked if they had any double rooms and we’re accommodated and stayed in the same room as our first visit which was a bonus as we loved that room the first time around. "A good but plain hotel which would benefit from a decorative tidy up. The weather had been cold, so the room started off cold too. When we requested an extra duvet it took them 45 minutes to bring it to our room - so we had to wait to go to bed."

"We come here for an overnighter every year at the beginning of December and we are never disappointed. That is why we come back. Its a great place to spend time in this lovely Market Town just before Christmas especially if you visit on a Christmas Market Day. Thanks again, sec you next year."

"Booked this hotel whilst visiting the University of Northampton open day as it is located right on campus. It wasn't clear where to park and had to be directed by campus security. The hotel is quite modern but lacks atmosphere. We didn't see any other guests during our stay. The complimentary drink on arrival was nice. Breakfast is canteen style in the building opposite. For the price charged, I found the experience very basic."

"A good hotel that just lacks attention to detail. Too few car parking spaces sees guests just abandoning vehicles in the area every night. The bar menu was barely available - no soup, no chicken, no burgers (no point). Staff try but aren't given the tools they need to work with."
