"Everything was absolutely perfect, staff were friendly and helpful always smiling. They made me feel really welcome. The spa and gym facilities are excellent. The Green room is a genius. Loved this hotel so much so ended up booking this chain at my next destination in Cala Galdana. "

"Facilities at the hotel were excellent although the lack of air conditioning in some rooms was an issue even in April but reception moved me to a better room. The dinner was excellent though not inexpensive and breakfast was typical in a 4 star hotel. The walk down (and up!) to the harbour was steep and I opted for a taxi back. The walk to the town centre only took 12 minutes (when I mastered the route) and a good selection of restaurants was available. "
