We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Only five minutes by car from Mahón, the main city of the island where you can shop, stroll through its streets that even today transmit the bourgeois character of the nineteenth century, travels its magnificent promenade after a pleasant dinner in one of Its many restaurants. Also just 20 minutes from many beautiful beaches and the natural park of Sa Albufera. So, countryside and beach at your fingertips in this beautiful rustic villa.

From July 1 the finca will be for the exclusive use of guests. Although the semidetached apartament remains rented until June 30th, the garden and pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

300€ security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
