"Very nice hotel located perfectly near monorail and the main shopping street, but also 1/2 block off the hectic Main Street. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful with extra towels and water bottles. Breakfast was extensive and great - well worth adding if offered at a reasonable price on top of room price!"

"Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!"

"Overall it was a nice stay. We arrived around 9pm. They had a free transportation between the parking garage and the main entrance. The parking fee was 1000 Japanese yen per night total 3000 yen for the stay. We chose “eco-friendly house keeping”. It saved us 3000 yen. The girl who helped our check-in was very friendly and well knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. We received a bottle of sparkling wine for free which I didn’t know. "The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "
