"The staff were incredible and very helpful. They fulfilled every request you had. If my review was entirely about the employees at the hotel, it would be a five star rating. The hotel itself is a bit tired. For the level of accommodations, you would expect the bathroom to be modern. The antiquated tub, showerhead, lack of hot water and overall cleanliness were definite detractions. At one point in time we found a blood stain on our blanket which was disturbing. I felt bad for the hotel staff...

"The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. "I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."
