"Location was excellent!! Hotel lobby was pretty nice. Rooms were nice. However my shower didn’t drain. Flooded to room with water. I notified staff, the next day it still flooded. Basically you could run the water for 3 minutes before the water started flooding into the main living area (weird design shower and room) For a 4 star hotel the shower should drain properly. "

This is mentioned in the small print and both the hotel and hotels.com were patently unhelpful when I complained about it. “It’s a beautiful walk from the parking”. Yeah? "Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. And if you get back to the hotel after 21:00 or...
