"Lovely hotel, went there for Valentine’s day with my girlfriend. Lovely room, great bar staff. However, had a valentine’s meal in the restaurant, which was extremely poor service. Waited an hour and forty minutes for a meal The restaurant manager made no apology for the shocking service and the head waiter didn’t have a clue what she was doing or serving. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt centric hotel The hotel was a great location, the reception kindly gave us a return bus ticket which was very useful. The only thing we found was the bed had a few hairs in it and the mattress cover had a small blood stain on. Great hot shower and plenty of towels. There was also 2 bottles of water and some milk in the fridge along with supplies to make tea and coffee aplenty. The parking is limited and we’d recommend pre booking this, limited...
