"The heater in the room was not working so we had to sleep in coldness for two days, even though we reported to the housekeeping and front desk. They gave us a tiny portable heater on day 3 and it was a bit better than before...apart from that we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, easy walk to harbour front, bars and restaurants. We had the comfort suite, which was seperate to the main guest house. It was very, very spacious, with wonderful views from the master bedroom/lounge on the first floor. It was cold whilst we were there. There is a log burner on each floor which you can purchase firewood/lighters for at reception. This was a must for the cold days. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helped when needed. Security were visible but made...

"The Newlands Peak Apartment was in a great location for us, within a short drive of the V&A waterfront and with safe secure parking. The cafe within the apartment was nice and there is another cafe across the road. We felt safe at all times during our stay. The security was excellent and the apartment itself was perfect, two good sizes rooms with all the amenities and moderm with good WiFi. Woudl recommend."
