Specifically: • The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces. • There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable. • No hand or face towels were provided. • The refrigerator (geladeira) was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned properly. "We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

Passei a noite toda ouvindo os quartos vizinhos, porque infelizmente havia alguém conversando a madrugada toda e olha que eu viajei em dia de semana, sem ter nenhuma festa.
