"We enjoyed our stay. room was noisy but do understand it’s a city centre hotel. Room was nice, disappointed that the headboard was very stained. made it look very dirty. There was also a large bit of metal just lying next to the wardrobe we think it was off of the glass wall in the room. "

"It was a great place to stay, the location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and attentive and the rooms were modern, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast included and there were loads of different selections to choose from that the staff worked tirelessly to keep replenished when busy. Great for a short break, would definitely stay again and probably wouldn't look elsewhere."

"The hotel was immaculate and model with a ubique hostiry and architural design. The foor hall downstairs was modern and offered a rabge of diverse cuisines with friendly staff. The old town with access to the christmas market was an easy 10 walk from the hotwl. The only downside was that on night two we had a young family move in next door and because of the design of the rooms noise resonated loudly into our room and discturbed our sleep."

"Great staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. Only problems were a chipped toilet seat and could have benefitted from an English news channel available on the TV."
