"Tv didn’t turn off so lounge was always light. Couldn’t close bedroom door as room so hot, therefore light from lounge shone in bedroom making it hard to sleep. No matter how many times I turned air conditioning down, it always went back up to 22 degrees, making apartment uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep. Asked for room to be cleaned, just the once during our stay, only received new towels, but nothing else was done. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, no toilet roll, beds not made, bottles...

"Large room with huge window though it looked towards the opposite corridor so curtains needed to be pulled when lights on. Otherwise very comfortable, spacious. Good choice of breakfast. Excellent position right in the old town and within about a 15-20 minute walk to station or close to trams for the station."

"Very nice place got a very large room space with a lot games/sports in their very large recreation room. A very large dinning space. Very good staff and highly professional. Location is walkable to major tourist's attractions in Gdansk. I love this place and I will recommend to anyone anytime"

Room was a little small but nicely renovated. Some plumbing work going on around the outside of the hotel with trenches and piles of dirt not nice. Standard rooms in a separate building behind the main building which I didn't know about."

"Great location for exploring tricity and Hel. By the beach which was very nice with a promenade. Lots of places to eat from nearby. Great breakfast. Hotel’s restaurant had very little choice and service there was extremely slow. Small portions but nice. Ate there only once for those reasons.Car park at the hotel at discounted price for guests. Pool area very disappointing. Water very cold. Busy with kids swimming club. There also was a group of people learning to scuba dive…but we still managed...
