"The location of the hotel is perfect, just seconds away from Acapulco Beach, where there are no warnings not to swim and the sea is relatively calm. Sadly for me, the water is much too cold to swim in Vina del Mar. I feel bad not giving 5 stars but in one of the friendliest countries I have ever visited, this hotel stood out as the one I visited which felt very impersonal. There was no welcome at the door when I arrived, and save for the man who checked me out who was incredibly friendly and...

"I like this property because it is within walking distance of the supermarkets. The room is very spacious, with an incredible partial ocean view. However, the restaurants could improve attentiveness to lunch and dining options when serving. The food was okay, but I hope to see some flavor enhancements. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Vina del Mar. "

"We loved the large room and the amazing view. It was also walking distance from food and fun and, of course, the beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"Older hidden gem of hotel that needs a little updating. The staff are very friendly! Spa was very nice. Grounds are very well kept. Breakfast had a lot of options and dinner was good. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm. 20 minute walk to the beaches."
