"Older hidden gem of hotel that needs a little updating. The staff are very friendly! Spa was very nice. Grounds are very well kept. Breakfast had a lot of options and dinner was good. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm. 20 minute walk to the beaches."

"Loved my stay at Novotel in Vina Del Mar. As a solo traveler it was a great spot to stay as I felt safe walking around. The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the pool was the perfect spot for a lazy afternoon day in the sun."

"Was relaxing walking distance to downtown Viña Del Mar, restaurants were great and not overly expensive. Outdoor pool had great setting but was a bit cold, indoor pool was warm and looked at outdoor pool. Staff was helpful and friendly, even if not all spoke English. I would definitely recommend the hotel, my kids loved it too. Olga did great job cleaning room and left us extra coffee and water. I drove here and valet parking was easy. "
