Every member of staff was a joy to meet on every occasion and they couldn't have been more helpful when asked a question. I can't wait to return to see them all again. "

"I was not aware of the £425 deposit we had to put down! The receptionist and colleagues were rude, even dismissive at times. The cabin was clean but univiting, got good we didn’t have a cat as we wouldn’t been able to swing it!! Felt under pressure all the time in case something got slightly damaged. We then had to clean out the cabin to get deposit back!! It was also in the shade so I didn’t feel like we were on holiday!! "
