"Excellent. In dem Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, vor allem in der Küche. Zudem gibt es einen eigenen Schuppen für die Fahrräder, die man dringend auf der Ile de Re benötigt. Das sehr nette Ehepaar Serra wohnt direkt nebenan. Auch die Lage im Norden empfanden wir als günstig, hier sind die schönsten Strände. Also alles bestens und wirklich zu empfehlen. Dr. Klein"

The check- in was made fabulous by Marie- Noelle who couldnt have been more pleasant or helpful and spoke excellent english. The house is very well equipped and was exceptionally clean. "Beau gite dans une habitation récente à l'exterieur de La Rochelle mais très bien desservie par un service de bus. Le bus passe toutes les heures et l'arrêt se trouve à 3 minutes du gite ou un P+r à 20 minutes pas de souci de parking lors de votre visite de La Rochelle . Le propriétaire du gite est très accueillant et fait en sorte que votre séjour se passe agréablement . Magasin de proximités dans l'Houmeau et accès à la plage a pied ."

"A comfortable and practical house centrally located in Ars en Re, everything is in walking distance. The house is well equipped and would easily accommodate 4 people. Slight shame that bedrooms look out on parking area. Ars is a lovely village with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants and it’s a great base for exploring the island. "Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage mit Tiefgarage in Nähe zum Meer und zum Zentrum von La Flotte. Man kann zu Fuß alle Einkäufe erledigen oder Essen gehen. Der Check-in und die Informationen vom Vermieter waren sehr unkompliziert und es war alles gut beschrieben. Eventuelle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Der Pool der Anlage war super gepflegt, beheizt und absolut sauber. Wir bedanken uns bei Thierry für den schönen Aufenthalt."
