"The outside of the building is remarkable. All of the staff were kind, polite and provided excellent service. I don’t think the rooms rise to a Mercure standard though. I would down grade it as an IBIS. I have stayed in multiple ACCOR properties since 2018. I am a rewards member. "

"This hotel is excellent. It lived up to its reputation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only regret was not having a mini fridge in our room. It’s not real close to a metro line if you are lugging suitcases but it wasn’t too bad. The restaurants aren’t real close for walking either. But this hotel has spacious rooms and very nice staff. "
