Les chambres sont propres et confortables et le personnel est attentionné. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que l'hôtel nous offre gratuitement un billet de transport pour que nous puissions nous rendre au centre-ville et à la gare en autobus. Et que dire du petit déjeuner. Tout simplement délicieux !!!"

"Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel is virtually next to the Goslar Train Station. Short walk to the old town with beautiful wooden buildings, perfectly representing medieval Germany (pardon me if I am wrong), a wondering plaza, and the Kaiserplatz. Excellent housekeeping."

"Lighting didnt work in the bathroom, the bed etc was decent but not a 4 star experience. Overall a decent hotel but not worth the price. "

"Just a quick one-night stay. Room on the small side but functional. Due to the street noise, avoid the ones on the front side of the buildings. Public rooms VERY spiffy, warm, and welcoming (particularly, for Bad Harzburg). Smart interior design BEST BREAKFAST EVER!! Will go back."

"Quaint and charming property with amazing kitchen service from our elegant multi course meal to the extravagant breakfast buffet in morning. Great location in town for strolling along to all of the shops as well as getting to trail heads for hiking up the mountain. "

"Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bad Harzburg verbracht und waren sowohl vom Hotel als auch von der Kurstadt selbst positiv überrascht. Einzig schade war, dass das Hotelrestaurant und die Hotelbar abends geschlossen war. Dafür haben wir aber ein super Frühstück genossen und mit dem Glas Sekt am Morgen angestoßen. Lieben Dank auch nochmal an unseren tollen Kellner. Wir können es nur empfehlen!"
