"Room was very comfortable and warm and the en suite was fairly new so very clean and cared for. Hosts very accommodating and knowledgeable and helped to make our stay in Brecon very enjoyable. The weather was very cold but with so many local attractions we had plenty to do and it was nice to find so many eateries open even in February. "

"A beautiful, quiet guesthouse, very nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable. Received a very warm welcome and a breakfast menu for the following morning, on arrival. Made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was 5* and was enjoyed in a quiet and comfortable dining room with mountain views, an excellent start to the day. "Fantastic stay at Ardwyn. Roger was a lovely host, welcomed us with tea and cake, which was much appreciated after our huge cycle to get there. The bed was like a cloud and the roll top bath was the icing on the cake! We opted for the cooked breakfast in the morning which was generous and delicious too, we will definitely be back. "

"Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. "
