Great location, bang in the middle of town , 10 mins walk to the castle, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. The bar prices were quite steep (£7.35 a pint!!) but the cocktails were reasonably priced. There’s plenty of options in town. The jewel in the crown for this hotel is the pool area. It’s really wonderful, beautifully...

The whole hotel is dog friendly and a very short walk to the beach which they loved. Fantastic options for Gluten free also. Hopefully be back again next February."

"Lovely hotel, Nice room, Nice and helpful staff, however it was incredibly HOT. we turned heating off but room still read at 27 degrees and in corridor even worse. Far too hot for a good nights sleep. PS. 27 degrees included having windows open and fans on. Apart from that it was wonderful! just a shame the heat let it down. "

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay at Tyn-y-Coed - the location is excellent for walking from the doorstep and the parking is great. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had good storage. The addition of a drying line in the bathroom is a super idea. We loved the styling of decor in reception and the bar/restaurant and enjoyed the Snowdon Lager on draught. We look forward to visiting again. "

"We were greeted at the bar ahead of time and allowed to check in early. We had booked a twin room and was allocated a room on the first floor that was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linen very good. The room was rather too hot but a fan was provided. Staff were great. Breakfast the next morning was very good and cooked to order . I would definitely stay again. Free parking is a bomus."
